1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on e-liquids, disposables, opened hardware, or used items. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the original, sealed packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the item and the situation.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or are missing something from your order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will promptly resolve the issue by shipping the correct product or issuing store credit.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an eligible item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
